TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the Player with 777ny, accessible through unique login credentials and containing transaction history, balance information, and personal details.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonuses, minus any withdrawals or wagers placed.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of bonus amount and/or deposit that must be wagered before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn from a Player's Account.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering an account with 777ny, accessing our Platform, depositing funds, placing wagers, or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and accept all provisions without reservation or qualification. You further acknowledge that these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777ny regarding your use of our services, superseding all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Platform and the subject matter contained herein.

777ny reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Your continued use of 777ny services following any such modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 10.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity Requirements

To register an account and use 777ny services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. 777ny strictly prohibits minors from accessing our Platform or using our services under any circumstances.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by local, state, or national laws at the time of accessing our services.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion programs or banned from gambling activities by regulatory authorities.
• You must not be accessing our services from a restricted territory where 777ny does not offer services.

3.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration with 777ny requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration form. You must provide your legal full name as it appears on government-issued identification documents, valid date of birth, current residential address in the Philippines, active mobile phone number registered in your name, and valid email address to which you have exclusive access. You may register only one (1) Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual or operated from the same household or IP address are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Identity Verification and KYC Compliance

777ny implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and international gaming standards. Upon registration or at any subsequent time, 777ny reserves the right to request identity verification documents including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, Philippine national ID, UMID, SSS ID), proof of residence dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence), proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, GCash screenshot, credit card photo), and any additional documentation deemed necessary to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method legitimacy. Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restriction until compliance is achieved.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You bear sole and exclusive responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent 777ny customer support. 777ny will never request your password through email, phone, or any communication channel outside the secure login interface on our official Platform.

You are fully responsible for all activities, transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify 777ny customer support of any unauthorized use of your Account, security breach, or loss of login credentials. Until such notification is received, you remain liable for all activities conducted through your Account. 777ny shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain Account security or promptly report suspicious activity.

You agree to use strong, unique passwords combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available to enhance Account security. You must log out from your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public computers, to prevent unauthorized access.

5. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT METHODS

777ny accepts deposits through various payment methods popular among Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven cash deposits, cryptocurrency (USDT), and other methods displayed on the Platform deposit page. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Account holder's legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate refund minus processing fees and potential Account suspension.

Deposits are typically credited to Player Accounts instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of delayed credit exceeding thirty (30) minutes, Players should contact 777ny customer support with transaction reference numbers for investigation. 777ny reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms. No interest accrues on funds deposited in Player Accounts. Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on games offered by 777ny and cannot be transferred between Player Accounts.

6. WITHDRAWALS AND PAYOUT PROCEDURES

Players may request withdrawal of available Account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts as specified on the Platform. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's name and previously used for deposits, except in exceptional circumstances approved by 777ny management. First-time withdrawal requests require completed identity verification (KYC) before processing. Subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts, though processing times may vary by payment method and withdrawal amount.

777ny reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts exceeding ₱50,000, first-time withdrawals, or when suspicious activity patterns are detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if Account verification is incomplete, wagering requirements have not been met, fraudulent activity is suspected, duplicate Accounts are identified, or Terms violations are detected. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player at any time before processing is completed, returning funds to the Account balance for continued play.

777ny does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, payment providers (banks, GCash, PayMaya) may impose their own transaction fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. Players are responsible for all taxes, fees, or charges levied by their jurisdiction or payment provider in connection with withdrawals. 777ny is not responsible for delays or failures in withdrawal processing caused by payment provider issues, incorrect payment details provided by the Player, or restrictions imposed by the Player's bank or payment service.

7. BONUSES, PROMOTIONS, AND WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

777ny offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed in the promotional materials and must be accepted by Players before being credited to Accounts. Bonuses are optional and Players may contact customer support to decline or remove active bonuses from their Accounts.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit (e.g., 30x bonus, 40x bonus plus deposit) and must be completed within the specified validity period, typically 30 days from bonus credit. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Bonuses are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, email address, payment method, and sh ared device. 8. GAME RULES AND FAIR PLAY

All games offered by 777ny operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and other relevant information are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before placing wagers. 777ny is not liable for Player losses resulting from misunderstanding of game mechanics or rules.

In the event of game malfunction, disconnect, or technical error, all affected wagers and payouts are void and will be refunded to Player Accounts. 777ny is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or service interruptions beyond our control. Players experiencing technical difficulties should immediately contact customer support and cease gameplay until the issue is resolved.

Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or bonus rounds as specified in game rules. 777ny reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on jackpots and progressive games. Any winnings exceeding published maximum limits will be paid at the maximum amount specified. Players agree that all decisions made by 777ny regarding game outcomes, disputes, and rule interpretations are final and binding.

9. RESPONSIBLE GAMING AND SELF-EXCLUSION

777ny is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling among our Player community. We provide various tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options.

Players may set deposit limits at any time through their Account settings or by contacting customer support. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period, while limit decreases take effect immediately. Players may request temporary self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months, during which Account access will be restricted and promotional communications will cease. Permanent self-exclusion is available for Players who wish to close their Accounts indefinitely.

Once a self-exclusion period begins, it cannot be reversed or shortened. Players under self-exclusion who attempt to open new Accounts will have those Accounts closed and funds returned after administrative fee deduction. 777ny provides links to professional problem gambling support organizations including the National Council on Problem Gambling and PAGCOR responsible gaming resources. Players concerned about their gambling behavior or that of others are encouraged to seek professional assistance.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ny Platform and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account without authorization.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of game vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or play games.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activities.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward customer support staff or other Players.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of Platform software.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxy services to access the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions.

777ny reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect or determine that prohibited activities have occurred, Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or Account security has been compromised. Upon Account termination, all balances including deposits, winnings, and bonuses may be forfeited at 777ny's sole discretion. Players whose Accounts are terminated for Terms violations are prohibited from registering new Accounts.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, videos, audio, and other materials displayed on the 777ny Platform are the exclusive property of 777ny or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The 777ny name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of 777ny and may not be used without express written permission.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform except as necessary for normal Platform use (e.g., temporary browser caching). Any unauthorized use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 777NY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE PLATFORM, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM.

777ny makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. 777ny does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components. You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk of financial loss and that you use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, 777ny's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 777ny's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the 777ny Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, Players agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, or if no agreement can be reached, appointed by the relevant Philippine arbitration authority. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Players waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 777ny. All disputes must be brought in the Player's individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777ny regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and 777ny.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver: No waiver by 777ny of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, and any failure by 777ny to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without 777ny's prior written consent. 777ny may freely assign or transfer these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or prior notice.

Force Majeure: 777ny shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, technical failures, or internet service disruptions.
